Train in Nowra
Shoalhaven River
3 sessions per week: Paringa Park, Scenic Drive, Nowra, NSW, 2541.
- Monday: 5.30pm to 6.30pm (arrive 5pm).
- Wednesday: 5.30pm to 6.30pm (arrive 5pm).
- Saturday: 8.30am to 10am (arrive 8am).

Train in Sydney
Rozelle Bay
3 sessions per week: Rozelle Bay, 13 Chapman Rd, Annandale, NSW, 2038.
- Tuesday: 6.00pm to 8.30pm.
- Thursday: 6.00pm to 8.30pm.
- Saturday: 7.30am to 9.30am.

Social training
Cheaper than the gym. Friendlier, too. Get fit, while outdoors, among new mates.

Competitive training
Train to race. Race to win. Bragging rights this impressive only come with hard yakka.
